3AM Luxury Spa

I purchased a Living Social Voucher to try out this new company. I called twice and left a voice-mail. I never received a call back and called again this morning to track someone down. I called and the person was very cold and not welcoming. Very rude, Answering "Um... okay.. Is there someone whispering on the phone? Can they stop!" I asked is she was speaking to me.... She said yes. Not welcoming, not helpful and a complete turn off from the business. I have recently received a refund and will NEVER recommend this to anyone!! POOR SERVICE!!!
