My transmission broke down completely unexpectedly. Marc went out of his way to meet me at the shop after hours in the evening so he could work on my car asap in the morning, knowing I have a family vehicle and got it back to me quickly. My car has had no transmission issues since and I've run double the miles since the original from manufacturer transmission. The price was very fair. Im extremerly happy.
