Did not show up after I cancelled my appointments and took the day off work. When I called to complain, they told me they awaited a call back from me when i had said no such thing and had booked an apt. Then wouldn't believe me or apologize, as if I would just forget something like that...
This is no way to treat your regular customers. Oh they wouldn't believe I was a regular customer either because "it's not in the system".
Edit:They did show up the next day (saturday) and followed up with me when they realized what happened. Bumping the score up to 4 stars for the gesture for now.
