AAA Insta-Move Inc

It's very seldom that I have the opportunity to give praise and thanks to any company I do business, but insta-move is the exception. From the first time I called to get pricing and availability to when the movers left, it has been one great experience. On July 24th I had the pleasure to work with Andy and Adam. The day before the move I also spoke with Chris who was very helpful. I was called one hour before they were to arrive and the truck arrived on time. From 11am until they left at 5pm, Andy and Adam were friendly and extremely professional. All of my belongings arrived safely with no dents and scratches. I have already told several people about insta-move and will continue to refer them. Thanks again for a job well done.

I did not have the good experience as the other reviews, exsesive damage was done to my belongings, in addition damage was done on the tile steps on my front porch, when I asked the movers to include the damage on the final papers, I was informed they did not do this, that he had called it in and a repair man would be there to fix it the next day, I waited five days before I called the office to inquire when they would arrive I was told that they do not fix anything that a payment would be made of .60 cents per pound, the four damaged tiles weigh less than a pound but the repair is more than $200.00 dollars also the furniture damage will be hundreds to repair, in addition they refused to put all my belongings on the truck causing them to make an additional trip which took more than three hours, and additional $300.00 dollars, these movers are about $20.00 dollars less an hour but at the end the cost will far exceed the savings
