I went into the store to buy my middle school daughter a shirt and left to continue on shopping when the MANAGER named Lindsey came running after me with a security accusing me of taking her cellphone. First of all, in a professional workplace dealing with the public you SHOULD NOT be on your cellphone. Secondly, the way you approach someone because you irresponsibly lost your cellphone (which she found shortly after in the store) was in the poorest of manners. After continually telling her i didn't not have her cellphone and telling both her and the security to check my bag I had nothing to hide, in which she (not even the security) grabbed my shopping bag to look like in such desperate manner, they finally left me alone and did not even apologize! I was so upset I called the store while i was picking up my daughter from school to get her name and giggling she said "I found the phone". I have never had such an upsetting situation like this occur to me before where I had this 18 year old violate my rights, harass, and insulted me in front of people while shopping in the mall. If this is how the manager of the store behaves in such unprofessional manner, I definitely do not want to see the rest of the employees working in this location.
