Worse customer service I have ever received from any Ace Hardware I have been to, This store take advantage of people during the hurricane I purchased regular flash light that they carry year around I tried to returned it 3 days later they refused because they claimed its hurricane supply... But these items are on their shelves year around it was not a special order a small flash light with two double A battery cost over $15.00... I have never seen anything like that I also have purchased a Generator from them they said that it is hurricane supply they wont take it, I can clearly understand that because they claimed it was a special order ... It was within 3 days... Customer satisfaction and courtesy does not exist at that particular Ace Hardware and they should be ashamed.. I have called my credit Card company and they charging it back, I have also contacted the Governor office and reported them.. This is unbelievable and Buyer should be aware...
