I recently had ACS come to my home for an AC cleaning as I just moved into a new home. Kevin, my technician, was unable to complete the work due to a steel enclosure welded around my unit. But he was able to clearly describe the next steps and was kind enough not to charge me for the visit since he wasn't able to do much. I definitely appreciated the transparency he provided me with and once I have the enclosure removed I will be calling ACS back to my home for any and all additional services.
