I had an excellent experience last week. Ashley, my service advisor took great care of me by making sure I had a loaner car overnight, explaining some technical stuff dealing with my audio and rear view mirrors (which had nothing to do with why my car was in) She even found a discount on one of the services I was having done. She went above and beyond and I can gladly recommend Acura of Orange Park (I drove from St Augustine to deal with this dealership.
