This place is horrible! I took in a jacket on 1/28/18, prepaid order, on the receipt it clearly stated it would be ready Friday, 2/2/18 after 4:00. Went Saturday 2/3/18 at 2:45 and they were closed. Returned on 2.4/18 in the morning and the rude woman said it was not there, they did not receive a delivery the Friday prior. I was upset and questioned why they said in writing it would be ready for pick up and she said it was not her, it was the computer and we should have told her we needed it by 2/2/18! Seriously? She promised to call me that afternoon when they received the delivery and I could then return for the 3rd time to pick it up....NO CALL! Finally it came is 8 days later 2/6/18. Went to pick it up and she refused to give me a refund. Still stating it was my fault for not telling her when I needed it by. Again, the receipt clearly said it would be ready 2/2/18 @ 4 pm! This place is classless and I can only imagine they will be changing the name again because with a business practice like this, I can’t imagine they have many happy customers. Pass the word around......
