(TRASH TAXI) There's little excuse to pickup the neighbor and miss ours! We just got past their Friday pickup that didn't happen until Saturday, many times. After months of this inconsistent behavior and the neighborhood unsure of what to expect, they suddenly come racing through the neighborhood at 6am missing many of the residents who became conditioned to their delinquency. I don't know if this will help? I don't know if they will retaliate and worsen their service? Or, they've targeted our neighborhood for some reason. I will take my complaints to the city since they hired this vendor. Good luck and come on Trash Taxi do your J O B!

They do the garbage pick up in my community. Today, for the third time, they picked up HALF my trash. Seriously??? I guess I should consider myself lucky they picked up that much, because they also have a habit of skipping my house altogether some days.
