I am a tenant at Advenir at Biscayne Shores. I have not been very happy with the management there. Recently, I called the corporate office to speak with the Regional Manager, Mr. Jack Cline. Not only was Mr. Cline pleasant to speak with, he actually listened to me and took action regarding the concerns that I presented. I wish that all employees of Advenir at Biscayne Shores had this man's pleasant disposition and dedication to customer service. He is the one that I call when I need to get something done. Other employees at Biscayne Shores should model themselves after Mr. Cline and tenants would be a lot happier! I will say that the maintenance staff there is great.
