I came here because I caught a flat and two tire shops wouldn't patch my tire due to "liability reasons." (The nail was not on the sidewall) I figured it was a sales pitch to get a new tire so I sat on the spare for a few days while I researched the issue. I ultimately decided that I would buy a new one and went to Good Year affiliate Adventure Tires. I was immediately attended by Luis, the Manager, who was very friendly and attentive. He took a look and said it could be patched and even confirmed with a mechanic. I am glad that Luis wasn't concerned with selling me a new tire and wanted my long term business as a client by capturing my trust and doing right by what I needed. I will be coming here for all future mechanical/tire issues with my vehicles. As a side note, Luis even handed out Cuban coffee to the patrons inside waiting. I am very impressed by the entire experience.
