UPDATE: My original experience with the front office staff was very unprofessional and honestly borderline hostel and abusive. However, not only did the center administrator call me to personally apologize after being notified of the situation but she also assured me that she took this seriously and would handle this immediately. After speaking with her and getting another phone call from the corporate office I do believe this was an isolated incident because the doctor and nurse were very friendly and professional. I appreciate the office management and corporate office reaching out to me with concern and compassion after my experience. That showed me this is a very caring office who took care and customer service very serious. I’d recommend and I would return.
