What a bunch of unprofessional people! They came from American Home Shields, he said the AC might have a broke pan. I asked don't you want to open the unit to see if it is broken? He said no, next time but he will call AHS to tell them that it is a broken pan. How can he tell the insurance that an item is broken if he does not know it? And how can he leave without fixing (or even try to fix!) the problem? I would give 0 stars if I could!
