Alamo Rent A Car

2nd time using Alamo at SRQ airport, quick service, no pressure tactics or tricks to worry about, great Nissan SUV, good price, easy return, all together great experience! :)

I rent rather regularly, have always experienced friendly, helpful employees. This rental, although the car was clean it smelled of smoke. I reported this upon return, mostly to avoid being the one to be charged with it and because I was surprised it was returned to the rental fleet smelling like that. I also think, like the proverbial toilet seat up/down issue, it would be best to move the seats back - easier for all to get in and easier to move up than not be able to get in to move it back.
