The WORST customer service I received last night at the Daytona beach airport. From the time I got there the customer service respresenative by the name of JANA had a terrible attitude! I applied the incorrect discount to my reservation and she told me she had to remove it. (Which was no problem) She then charge me $66 dollars for one day my total came up to $104 and change. after getting home and reviewing my receipt I notice I was being overcharged because my reservation online said $74.37 TOTAL!! (WITHOUT the discount) I proceeded back to the airport and advised her it was to much and online was reflecting a different price and I just wanted a refund. I got back to the airport around 11:15 and picked up the car at about 10:55 she told me she had to charge me for the hour I had the car after we went back in forth for over 10 mins!!! So technically I didn't have the car for an hour! HOWEVER she charge my card $50 and some change I asked her WHY? And she didn't give me an answer but still charged my credit card! Which is ridiculous!! This lady Jana has a serious problem she made me feel totally uncomfortable and I'll never rent through Alamo!! As this was my first time it was most definitely a bad experience!! Please hire people that are people friendly and also have customer service experience! Not rude racist assholes!
