The Install Team – Chris, Beau, Ryan and Richard did a wonderful job. Ryan and Richard focused on installing the supply and return lines. Chris and Beau handled everything related to getting the Condensing Unit and Air Handler up and running.
Chris kept all facets of the job moving and made sure the work was done to a high standard. He also kept me informed and explained what was being done as the job progressed.
Chris did a masterful job configuring the installation of the air handler, return box and flex to maximize the efficiency of the system.
After some discussion with Chris regarding relocating the thermostat (that was part of the job), I agreed with his recommendation to let the system function for a couple of months to see how the new thermostat performs where it is presently located. He said to let him know, if it turns out that we’d still like to have it moved, and that he and Beau would come back and have it done.
Chris reviewed the invoice with me and I signed it. I did mention to Chris that the invoice should have included the Warranty Information for the RHEEM condenser and air handler instead of the Lennox Basic that was written on the invoice.
Chris said to contact you and you’d have a corrected invoice sent to me. The RHEEM warranty information listed in your proposal is for: 10 Years All Parts, 10 Compressor, and a 10 Year Labor Warranty.
The interest free financing program is in place and can be immediately used to pay the invoice.
Again, thanks for working with us on this important part of the conversion of our screen room to an enclosed sun room, and for assigning this really terrific crew to do the work.
