Shady Insurance Billing Practices! Clients Beware! I was a client here 3 years ago. On my first visit, I was given a nebulizer breathing device and told that my insurance would cover it. Several months later, I received a bill for over $200 that the insurance did not cover. To be clear. I work in the Healthcare Industry. I understand insurance billing. I was very clear with the staff here that I did not want to incur out of pocket expense for the nebulizer. I was told this would not happen. Not only did they LIE, they then had the audacity to send this past due amount to collections! New Clients: Beware. Know your rights. Do not accept anything from this office without a written agreement that you will incur no out of pocket expenses.

I have huge bruises on my arms were the allergy shot injections were given. It looks like I've been abused for 3-5 days after each shot! They charge 'admin' fees Aetna does not cover which makes the shots quite expensive (they add up quickly).
