As a single woman, I'm often looked at as a target for an easy buck... but Howard always treats me fairly. He doesn't try to up-sell, and he goes above and beyond what he needs to do to take care of my car. He's even come to my house when I couldn't get my car started. I trust him implicitly. Unfortunately, with this car, I've had to see him a few times... but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as an honest businessman. He's always fixed my car's problems. I would take my car to him over the dealership any day, and I do!
