When we arrived from Indiana to pick up the vehicle, Peter informed us that there seemed to be a problem with the vehicle they had not experienced before. They took us and the vehicle straight to the mechanic where they began diagnosing the problem. It took several hours and Yuri offered us some alternative options if we were not satisfied. We stuck it out and the mechanic was able to locate the problem and fix it. Yuri and Peter stayed with us and the mechanic the whole time. I was very impressed with their desire to satisfy their customers. Yuri even offered a discount for the delay.
