Signed up for a free week to try it out. When we walked in we were met by an older gentlemen. He asked what he could help us with. We began to say we signed up for a free trial and he cut us off saying “Please don’t tell me you’re here for a free trial”. We explained we were and he aggressively told us he doesn’t participate in the program. He said they were privately owned. We were confused because nothing indicated online that this wasn’t a participating location. The man then said he certainly wouldn’t do it during Christmas. This was all said very rudely.
