I went to buy a Christmas tree and the staff acted as if that was preposterous. They all seemed to have attitudes. Rude. Aggressive. Unprepared. It was as if they hoped the long wait, prices and poor service would detour me from buying the tree. They were stand-offish and literally had NO idea how to handle the sell of the tree. They didn't want to load a tree that was unwrapped because the wrapped trees were "easier for them to handle" so I had to take the gamble and hope the tree was in good condition. I got home to find, it is not. There are gaps all around and I had to practically shave the whole bottom myself. As a kid I worked at a Christmas tree shop and luckily I remembered how to make it look acceptable. I feel bad for a regular person or family buying a tree there. I won't be returning.
