The person who sold me my new iMac was not knowledgeable at all. Realized half way through he was looking up my questions on google on his phone. Sold me the base iMac model, unaware the new fusion drive only has a tiny amount of flash storage, probably not enough to house the OS. ALSO, forgot or was too idiotic to mention the iPhone 8 I got, to Charge it AND listen to my headphones at the same time, I now need a $35 dual jack BS POS or >$100 wireless headphones OR wireless charger, neglected to mention anything of the sort. The iMac is freezing sometimes already, I’m not impressed. We miss you Jobs and all the energy your genius put into making life more simple for Apple users. Apple is a sad shadow corporation of the magic of genius simplistic ease of use it once embued into its products. If you go Apple, expect to be blindsided by tons of extra charges and idiotic adaptations.
Needs to be more organized, employees are great, also the service when your time is up if not by appointment takes three or more hours waiting time, but too many customers at the time make it to disorganized . Customers and employees on top of each other. We need at list three stores by zip code or by coordinates , north, south, east and west so all customers have access to the nearest one. Instead of having so many employees around the store at the same times hundreds of customers waiting for service. Divide the employees and open another store by the west end that there are none. You have enough employees in this store to be move to one or more stores and give better service, thanks
