ARPL Appraisal Services

ARPL appraisal services seems to be a bit of scam for a quick buck. They do not know what they are doing, they do not understand how to compare homes in the area to come up with an accurate value. They do not take their time to get an accurate appraisal number they were in and out of my house in 5 minutes. I am sure I am not the only one that has had issues and they should be ashamed of themselves.

ARPL Appraisal is so far off the mark with their appraisal, don't waste your time or money using them. They claim to have 25 years of knowledge, however, they are clueless on how to compare a home to other homes to provide a value. Their Comps are all over the spectrum. My impression is, they were in a hurry resulting in shotty workmanship that I feel is unacceptable. Shame on ARPL for their shortcomings.
