Artsy Abode at Fleming Island

My mom and I went into this shop to work with the manager on getting my mom refunded, as the store charged her twice. If the charge had been a couple dollars, then we wouldn't have bothered, but the charge was $100.00... This issue still hasn't been resolved. The bank my mom uses has declared several times over that it was the store's issue and the bank is unable to refund her since it was the store's mistake. My mom still hasn't been refunded. We won't be returning, regardless of how great the product is. We'd rather not have any more issues.

Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful with assisting me in making a pirchase for my mother on Valentine's Day. I'm from out of state but my family lives near here and I will definitely be stopping in when I go to visit!
