Aspen Dental

So, I went in to have two broken teeth pulled and a bridge put in. They charged me $3,500 for the whole procedure upfront! 6 weeks later...I go back only for them to tell me I have to have another procedure done before they can finish the one that already started and charged me for In full! Before that happened I made an appointment to see the dentist 2 weeks in advance. Scheduled off a day from work and everything. Only for them to call me the day before and leave a voice message asking me if I would like to come in another day. Seeing as how I had to request a day off from work just to make it to the appointment, I was not willing to reschedule for another day. The day of the appointment came and the “Office Manager” tried to act like she had NO idea I even had an appointment. There automated system talks all about giving you peace of myself and blah blah blah. All they gave me was a headache.Needless to say I asked for a refund and won’t be coming back.

My wife had her cap fall out on Friday. I called her dentist and a few others and they were either closed or closing at noon. Aspen Dental on Causeway Blvd, Brandon, Florida was the only Dentistry that could work her in. They did a great job and the dentist and the staff were very friendly and courteous! They helped my wife and did a great job. She is now switching from her old dentist and is Happy she went instead of waiting all weekend for her old dentist to get back to her. Highly recommend!
