The work done on my ford focus after my accident deserves 5 stars! They made it look like I was never hit on my passanger side of my car!! The reason for 4 stars though is as a female who gets lied to a lot about my vehicle I like to be a bit more involved then they were willing. I like to know what they found and see if it matches what I found that needs fixing. I just feel they relied too heavily on their generic email contact system. That and also they had to postpone twice and did not contact me to tell me both times. Stay on hope of them like I did, and you will get the results
