PLEASE READ....So my step daughter has her Highlander towed in to their service dept. (ignition coil failed and shorted out the other 5 they said) They also say that her brakes need to be replaced and one caliper is no good because the brake pistons are burned up. in short when the Mrs called me to have them explain the issues the guy had to walk away from her knowing he was caught and scrapped the original ppwk from the my wife's hand and gave her a new document pack leaving out two repairs they tried to get her for totaling 1200 dollars. I am taking this up with Toyota now.
