Left on hold for 25 minutes calling about a battery. Did some research online while waiting turns out i can get the exact same quality of battery from Walmart for 50 dollars less. I just made 50 dollars in less than 30 minutes. Won't waste my time since they just put you on hold and forget about you like that. ZERO stars.
