I had a nightmare recently with your Avis/Budget Rental at 8027 Front Beach Road in Panama City, FL. First, I was told I would only need to have $130 to rent a car, no deposit. I asked this three times and was assured each time there was no deposit. I pulled all of my cash out of the bank to travel and left $200 in the bank for the car. I almost couldn't rent the car because of it, and had to transfer money. Because of the issue, we were delayed and had to rush to get off on time.
The car had NO wind shield washer fluid when we got it AND it was an 8th of a tank down on gas. On top of it, I didn't agree to the Gas Service Option, did not initial or accept that and returned the car full. I still received the charge of $48.65. Finally, I rented through USAA and did not receive the discount.
This has been the worst car rental experience I've ever had.
