Banfield Pet Hospital

I brought all three of my animals in for teeth cleaning. (It was the first time for all three animals) I was super nervous and very hesitant due to the fact that they would need to be put to sleep. I was full of questions and was on the boarder of even going through with the procedure. Sharon at check-in was very helpful and professional. Jasmine the vet tech checked us all in. She listened to my concerns and documented every detail I wanted and didn't want done to my animals due to previous experiences with other vets. Jasmine was so patient. She answered everything throughly and explained in great detail what the day ahead was to look like for all three of my animals. I can't thank Dr. Bryan enough for her due diligence. She called me and informed me on each animal. She gave me a break down on how their blood work came back, their conditions, and what steps she would be doing to make sure they were in great hands. I can't thank the Banfield team enough for their great team work and excellent service.
