Banfield Pet Hospital

The wait was ridiculously long. I dropped off my two dogs for routine shots at 8:30 am. This procedure takes about ten minutes per dog if you're training a new technician. My dogs were suppose to be ready at 1-2 pm so I arrived at 2:15. I was then told they'd be ready at 5. I called around 4 to make sure and was told they wouldn't be ready til 6:00 pm. I arrive at 6 and picked them up. They both peed in the parking lot as we went out the door and drank an entire bowl of water upon arriving home. I'd bet they were caged all day without water but who knows? There were other people picking up theirs at the same time. Numerous pissed off people.... I wasted my entire Saturday and cancelled dinner plans due to incompetence and poor management skills of this business. NOT returning!
