Bank of America Financial Center

Rude staff, long lines, poor service!!! I will never bank with them or go back there. The people are so disrespectful not only to myself who came to cash a Bank of America check but to their customers that have accounts with them. What a sad miserable place. If there was a way I could give a 0 Star I would!

Always 1 teller... they have also closed the drive thru ... you have 4 people looming around greeting us in line but not able to help your patrons who have schedules & businesses to run. Then have the audacity to ask if my transaction went well.
