May I say, Stay away If you are African American. Steven the loan originator at this branch is inhuman. Literally I was racially profiled from the time I walked into his little space of an office. No emotion, did not listen to what it is I wanted to accomplish with my home I purchased. And he gave a realy long list of how he did not recommend FHA loans of any type. Steven I hope you burn in hell, because you are the reason why minorities who have played by the guidelines immediately are turned down because you yourselves use the system that was designed to help minorities, you contribute to the fall of nor letting us get ahead. You need to be fired, and treated the same way I was. Be warned: The color of your skin does matter at this branch when you are looking for help to refinance your home. They push conventional loans to fatten their on pockets. The American dream is a lie, and it was expressed clearlybatvrhis branch. Burn in hell Steven!!!
