1 Jan 30, 2018 Thomas McLain Terrible customer service. Went in at 1:30 in afternoon to open an account. No other customers in lobby. After 23 minutes, I was told it would be a while longer and that they were short-handed because it was lunchtime (at 1:53 p.m.?).
