Basque at Biba

I'm assuming that all the previous reviews are faked as this place is not even a legal restaurant. Apparently they skate around needing a real restaurant license by cooking the food in a food truck on a public street while the chef is covered in sweat and you can visibly see it dripping in the food (seriously check it out). But anyway I went to make a complaint and found there was no restaurant listed at that address I pulled up the business info and saw that manuel bornia was a listed agent. That man is a con man (google manuel bornia add daytona for extra lulz). Well all my complaints are filed with the state lets see if they get there before Bornia runs it into the ground like everything else he touches.
