My husband has had horrendous service with this branch. He had a business and personal account. I feel awful because I told him to use BB&T. I am currently in the midst of pulling my account out and now my boss is pulling out his accounts.
His business account was hacked for a wire transfer of $2,500. This was the exact same time everyone got the email and voicemail that they had an interruption an/or issue at BB&T Nationwide. They refuse to give him his money back. He did not authorize the wire and in order to do a wire online which is how this happened he would have had to sign a paper ahead of time which he did not. They refuse to help out the small business man. Makes no sense.
