WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This is the most disgusting, unorganized, unprofessional, rude, unknowledgable doctors office I have ever visited. I needed somewhere to go for an issue I have had many times before and is taken care of with a dose of antibiotics. My primary care doctor was out of town and I was desperate. My experience here will not go unheard! The receptionist barely speaks English and did not return my drivers license or insurance card to me before I left and got all the way back home and realized. I called and asked if she still had them and she said that I should have remembered to get them back from her. I asked to talk to the doctor and he interupted me several times and argued with me saying I should have remembered if I gave someone my license. She also preceded to come from behind the front desk and bring me into a disgusting, dusty dungeon-looking blood room and do the check-in assessment herself (blood pressure, temperature). The thermometer she used looked very old and had scotch taped wrapped all around it and was extremely dirty and grimy with dirt and germs. I saw Dr. Dobalian and he asked very irrelevant questions indicating there were more issues than the thing I knew I had because I have had this infection many times before. WHATEVER YOU DO!! DO NOT VISIT HERE! This office should go out of business and Dr. Vaughn Dobalian should be stripped of his medical license. He has had many, many complaints about insurance fraud and mis and overdiagnosing patients. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureo and the Florida Department of Health. Others should do the same!!
