We just came home from our vacation at Beachmont Shores with our two sons, 11 and 13. The units are beautiful and you can't beat the location. The sunsets are gorgeous, great shelling on the sandbar, and dolphins in the late morning. We loved having both beach access and a pool. I was impressed at all the amenities--washer/dryer, pool and beach items, plenty of kitchen items, cable and wifi, etc. There was some noise from the street but it wasn't too bad considering what a busy road it is. I would only make a few minor improvements, but this is only if I were very picky: the two double beds in the back bedroom are pretty hard, and there were no umbrellas at the patio/pool tables. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!
Beautifully revamped, older beachfront condo units, with a pool. Wonderful place for a beach getaway, with amazing views of the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, from your front balcony.
Good place to stay. Very close to the water and easy to get to the beach. One major drawback of this place though is that you cannot hear the water from your unit during the day. The sound of the street (on the other side of the building) drowns out the sound of the ocean. At night though you can hear the water. The owners/managers of the property live on site and they are nice people to talk to. The only downside is that they make you feel like you're being watched. Don't leave your front door open for too long or they will tell you to close it. Overall good place to stay on vacation.
