Beef 'O' Brady's

Beef O' Brady's is an American chain of sports oriented bar and grills. We have visited this location three times. Each time has been met with disappointment. Service is generally horrible and the manager seems incompetent. On our first visit, they overcharged me and I didn't notice it until they already ran my credit card. The managers solution wasn't a refund, instead he gave me a gift card for my next visit. You should get a refund for being overcharged. On our second visit (to use up the gift card), our waitress just disappeared. Literally, she quit serving us to work on a large party and had no one cover our table. Again, the manager failed to recognize the issue. Just terrible service. On our final visit yesterday, we actually had a new waitress that was good. However, they advertise Burgers Across America, but that no longer have them. When I asked if they could simply make the burger, to which he said yes, but he told me he would have to charge me an obsorbant price because it would be ala carte. Not again!
