Belmont Inn and Suites Port Richey

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Worst customer service ever!!! The room was gross, the bed was sunk in the middle, mold in the bathroom, electric sockets hanging from the wall and Prostitutes hanging by our room all night. When I asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk was extremely rude, she yelled at me, took my key and said I had to checkout. Would only give partial refund for the week i paid for and made me pay for the night she kicked me out. I have never been yelled at like this before and she did it all in front of two other people behind me waiting to check in. I will be contacting the bbb
