My experience with Torey was horrible from day one. I worked with her and her office for months trying to rent a specific property. She practiced shady dealings and tried to force me to enter the contract early without viewing the property, with threat of losing the opportunity to rent it. Then after days of going back and forth they sent out a person to meet with me to view the property - that was 'just doing them a favor' and didn't really work with them. Her lack of professionalism for the smaller clients astounds me. When I rushed to her office to sign the paperwork, she didn't even have the decency to come into the room when speaking to me...she simply yelled from the other office and couldn't be bothered to get up from her desk. She told me I could face late charges if I didn't pay my rent several days because of 'processing time'. Any type of interactions with her property management group was a joke. I had maintenance requests go past 30-60 days and often had to make arrangements myself to meet repair people at the property because they were too busy to send a representative to do it. She dealt in bad faith on our contract in the end and I advise those looking to rent a property with her name on it to look somewhere else!
