Benihana

I usually never write reviews especially when it is negative.However, we went to Benihana yesterday for my daughter's graduation. Please let me say, it was a disaster. The place was dirty ,the carpet had food all over and looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks.Going to our table the broom was just in plain site.The customer service was very poor. The staff does not seem like they want to be there.There was no entertainment at the table by the cook. I'm just in shock at the type of service rendered for the price of the food. That was my last time going there unless changes are made. I was very disappointed.
