Customer service can be better and they should even train or inform the staff more on the products they're selling. Overall it's an okay place to buy electronics.

Shop was good staff very good but I had bought a phone there a few weeks previous and the charger wasn't working so I went to shop they referred me to manufacturer who said I must take a charge on my card for a new phone and they will send me a brand new one then when they receive used phone they will release charge in my card. Also think of aggravation of replacing phone apps etc for a charger
