Do NOT order anything for pick up at this location!! They are not even competent enough to give my pick up person my pre-paid Gift Cards. Bought 3 Xbox Live Gold cards and they could not figure out how to ACTIVATE them. Told him to re-buy the cards.... seriously? How hard is it to read an order slip, have it ready for pick-up and then give it to the customer who already paid? Apparently that is to much for the employees at this store to handle. I ended up going to the store to resolve their issse because after talking to customer service last night, they assured me there was no issues and my cards were ready for pick up. After walking in the store, one employee (guy) was busy with customers, the other (girl) re-tagging the shelves. I walk in and guy employee says hi, the girl ignored me and helped a family that walked in after me. Rude, since I was clearly waiting by the registers. The guy employee knocks on the back door to get more employees out as their is now a line. Out walks another guy with a Manager tag on. I told him I am here to pick up my pre-paid order and he said I remember what happened last night and I told your boyfriend their is nothing I can do but cancel your order and re-charge you because their was a glitch in our system and we can’t activate the cards. Ok what? What difference should it make when I paid for the dang cards? So the manager asks very loudly, for the entire store to hear, if I had money to pay for my cards? Lol. Ok, trying to embarrass me, like I can not afford to buy what I already paid for? He insited there is no option but to cancel my previous purchase and to recharge me for the cards, so I ask him if I will get all my money back and be charged the same amount and he said yes. Well, he didn’t know how to cancel the order, so he had to call someone to figure it out. When he finally got to the activating part, he tried to charge me $14.99 per card when I paid $9.99 per card and he can only get one activated. I’m not having that. I told him I want what I paid for, 3 Xbox Live Gold cards for $9.99 each. He said that he can’t give me that price and I’d have to go to the Best Buy in Stuart to get the cards but for $14.99. I said no, uncancel my order, I did not agree to this. He wiped his hands and said there’s nothing I can do now, it’s cancelled. So after some angry exchanges, he finally managed to get me one of my cards for $9.99 and contacted the Best Buy in Stuart to get me my other 2 cards. Ask for Joey. I go to the Best Buy in Stuart. I ask an employee for Joey, he was with a customer, so I waited maybe 2 mins. He knew who I was and what I needed. He was the sweetest, most helpful employee at Best Buy. I was out the door in 5 mins. Moral of the story, ask for Joey at the Stuart Best Buy. You’ll get what you want with no hassle.
