My mother has been looking into different hearing aids and we saw an ad in the paper about rechargeable and it sounded very good. I scheduled and appointment and I brought my mother in and she purchased the Clareza 8 model for 2500$. My mother HATED them! The rechargeable batteries didn't last but 4 hours and so I had them replaced. Then the wire that goes into the ear broke and had to go in multiple times to have them repaired. I went to a competitor and they said that this company has gone into bankruptcy and will most likely happen again due to all the stores closing up. My mother brought them back in the 30 day trial and was treated with complete disrespect from office staff. During the course of this time I learned more about the secretaries work out routines and types of exercises than I did about her hearing loss. Very Disappointed!!!!
