A Blue Pool - Swimming Pool Cleaning

Well at first it seemed well but after the first day I didn't see him for 2 weeks and my pool became worse and worse. it's now been about a month and a half, I still have stuff at the bottom of my pool, and 6000+ gallons of wasted water. Also doesn't call or leave notes.
