I spoke to Philippe today regarding concerns I had with a past landlord. He was friendly, thorough and more than happy to assist me. As a tenant getting bullied by a national management company, he helped put me at ease and told me what my rights were. I would, and will, recommend him to anyone and everyone that I come in contact with that is having the same issues. Two thumbs up!!!

Phil has been super helpful in the not so pleasant process of dealing with non-paying tenants. I can rest easy knowing he is working on getting this issue resolved for us! I will write another review once the process is complete but I have great faith that Phil will deliver as promised.
