My wife called the store and asked about changing the battery in her Martin Acoustic Guitar. She was told on the phone to bring it in and they would look at it for her while she waited. She drove an hour to get to the store only to be told very rudely that she would have to leave the guitar. One of the people working in the store confirmed the conversation. He was also rebuked and told that nobody gets special service. She left the store extremely upset and told me she'd rather take her guitar back to Martin in Nazareth Pennsylvania than ever return to that store again.
