Desir took money upfront from me, never once telling me that it was non-refundable. When I requested my unused portion back I was told I would get it and to date, since June, he still owes me $950.00 and will not pay me back any of it despite countless requests to settle this. Do not pay for services that you are not using at the moment or you will never get your $ back. I know for a fact that he sleeps in the gym nightly as he does not have a residence. He is not a man of his word and preys on unsuspecting women.
